I started at Grupo Bros Club three months before the opening of the first unit, responsible for administrative planning, project preparation, and portfolio management. Over the years, I contributed to the company's growth, which expanded from one unit to three large barber shops, a vocational school, and a call center in partnership with Net/Claro. This role was my first significant exposure to Information Technology and data science, coordinating the IT team and preparing results and dashboards.
